We ship worldwide. Countries we commonly ship to include Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, and much more.

Countries we will not ship to include: China, Taiwan, Russia, Lithuania, Japan, and India.

No. We do not use customer’s shipping accounts nor customer’s carrier call tags for any of our orders.

We will not change the value of your items because that would mean falsifying legal documents. That would put us at risk! We don’t want that.

To return or exchange a part that is unused, uninstalled, in resalable condition, and is in original undamaged packaging, you must call our Customer Service department at 928-680-6660 or email within 30 days of receiving the item.

No returns will be accepted on “Special Order” and/or “Made-to-Order” items. All chrome finished products and Shocks are special order and may not be returned for any reason. No returns will be accepted on products that have been used, installed, or altered from their original condition. Returned orders are subject to a restocking fee up to 35%.
