How do I navigate the site?
You can navigate the site with two different methods: 1) by category (Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, HD or Apparel), or 2) by typing into our product search (ex. Mean Streak, LM-01-300, Shaft Drive Cover, etc.). Look to the menus on the top and the side of each page to help aid in finding the correct links for accurate navigation.
 
How do I place an order online?
Placing an order is simply done by 1) adding product(s) to your shopping cart, 2)clicking "add to cart" next to the product that you would like to purchase, 3)clicking the checkout link at the top of each page after you have added all of the products to your cart that you would like to purchase. If you know the product that you want to purchase and don't have the need to shop or browse the site, you can click the "Buy Now" link by each product (if it is available) and it will automatically add your product to your cart, and take you straight to checkout.
 
How do I review product installs and see pdf files?
Some links found on LowandMean.com require plug-ins to view.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, & Discover), or you may send in a cashiers check or money order.

If you wish to pay by cashiers check or money order, simply follow the steps below:

1.) Print the detail page of the product(s) that you wish to purchase.

2.) Go to your bank for a cashiers check, or post office or grocery store for a money order, and make check(s) payable to Low and Mean L.L.C.

3.) Mail your payment and shipping address to:

What shipping methods can I use?
LowandMean.com offers USPS or Fed-ex. USPS is for international orders), and Fedex is available for all Domestic orders. Pricing is listed in parenthesis next to the shipping method. This price is based on the weight of the combined items in your shopping basket. Choosing “Next Day Air”, “2nd Day Air”, or “3 Day Select” for a shipping option means that the order will be delivered in 1, 2, or 3 business days from the time it is shipped. Shipping times vary from product to product. Each product detail page displays normal shipping times.
 
How will I know if you have received my order?
After you have completed your checkout process and click "submit order," Low and Mean is immediately notified that a new order has entered our system. You (the customer) are also immediately sent an e-mail notification that your order has been submitted and has reached our system for processing.
 
When will I be charged for the order?
First, we check to see if the product(s) is in stock and ready for delivery. If so, we charge your card immediately so that we can ship your product(s) the same or next day that we received your order request. If the product(s) is not in stock or not ready for delivery, we will only run an authorization on your credit card to ensure that the funds are present, so that we can insure instant delivery when the product arrives from the manufacturer. If we don't have the item in stock, we will have the product(s) drop-shipped to help expedite the delivery process. In this case, the same guidelines apply; we will charge the card immediately if the manufacturer has the product(s) in stock and ready for delivery, or only run an authorization if the products are not ready for delivery.
 
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
At the customer's request, The Customer Support Department will send you an email notification when your product has shipped complete with tracking numbers so that you can track the delivery of your order. If you would like us to provide you with this service, please email: [email protected] and include your name, order number, and name the service that you are requesting (shipment email notification).
 
How will I know if the product is on back-order?
In the event that the product(s) that you have ordered are on back-order, you will be contacted by a Low and Mean customer support representative, so that we can be instructed on what would best suit your needs for fulfilling the order.
